How does Issue Tracker App work?
View your company
Get an overview of company activities whether you work for one or more companies. Depending on your role in the company, you can view the different activities within your company as well as add users and issues.
See the users
Take a look at the various users within the company. Each user has different roles in the company which dictates what that user is allowed to do within your company. You can also track how many issues each user is reporting and resolving.
View all issues
Get a list of all the issues within the company. You can use the search bar at the top of the page to help you find a particular issue. If that does not help, you can filter issues by dates, status, priority, and by owner.
See the details of an issue
Get more info about the issue to help you resolve it. Find out when it was created, it's priority, current status, and other issue related activities. You can also add comments so you can engage other users in a discussion about the issue.
Login to the app using any web browser on any device and continue where you left off. This means your team can be more productive in any environment with an internet connection.
